From forest to finished acoustic panel, every stage of the Sonablock® production process is carefully controlled within the Stiga RM ecosystem. Our manufacturing facility is built around one of the world’s most advanced automated production lines for wood wool acoustic panels, enhanced with intelligent systems and AI-assisted process control technologies. Developed together with leading engineering and technology partners from the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Germany and Latvija, the production ecosystem ensures manufacturing precision, production efficiency, and consistently high acoustic panel quality at industrial scale.

A significant part of Sonablock® production equipment is developed and manufactured within Stiga RM’s own metalworking division, which produces approximately 30% of the machinery used throughout our facility. This integrated engineering approach allows Sonablock® to continuously improve manufacturing technologies, optimize production processes, and refine acoustic panel performance directly on-site. The result is greater flexibility, faster innovation, and precise quality control throughout the entire production ecosystem.

Our internal laboratory allows us to continuously test, validate, and monitor Sonablock® acoustic panels throughout the production process. We carefully inspect raw material structure, wood wool fibre quality, panel strength, pressure resistance, dimensional stability, surface consistency, and fire reaction performance to ensure every product meets strict technical requirements. By testing key performance indicators in-house, we maintain consistent acoustic panel quality, reliable durability, and high-performance standards across every Sonablock® product.
